Randy LINTON Obituary
News Death Notice
LINTON, Randy W. 63, of South Charleston, passed away with his family by his side on Thursday, December 17, 2015. He was born on June 25, 1952, the son of the late Gene and Carol (Griffith) Linton. Randy is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Dawn (Foster) Linton; children, Bryan (Melissa) Linton, Shawn (Janna) Linton and Libby Linton (Michelle Cordle); grandchildren, Skylar, Savannah, and Harley Linton and Seth and Logan Cox; sisters, Melanie (Joe) Reed and Tonya (Marty) Gray; brother, Robin (Melody) Linton; sister-in-law, Anita (Ron) Markin; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Christy Linton. After retiring several years ago, Randy became an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing every chance he got. Although he loved his outdoor hobbies, nothing compared to the love he had for his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a wonderful husband, father, pap and brother, who will be deeply missed but his memory will live on through his family and friends. Viewing will be held on Monday, December 21, 2015 from 12-1p.m. at JACKSON LYTLE & LEWIS LIFE CELEBRATION CENTER. Following the viewing, a graveside service will be held at Rose Hill Burial Park Chapel. Pastor Kevin Moehn officiating. Condolences may be expressed to his family by visiting www.jacksonlytle.com.
