We'll be hugging each other soon my BROTHER! Put in a good word for me up there in Paradise. I have a very strong feeling you will be the one who guides me in my Transition. Until that day I always prepare for MY turn to rest!

My Brother, not a day goes by that I don't think of you. I missed out on growing old with my best friend, my little brother. We'll meet again in Paradise! Say 'Hi' to Jesus for me and see you as soon as GOD sends me to our Eternal home. Put in a good word for me!

My brother, all-time best friend, shipmate and fellow world traveler. Not a day goes by I don't think of you. Your pictures are plastered all over my fridge! Well brother, everybody around me is dropping like flies yet somehow the good Lord keeps me in this dimension. He has plans for me that I'll soon find out. I pray for our friends and family that we will ALL be together soon to enjoy GOD's gifts that he promises us. Say 'Hey' to all our family and friends that surround you. This is this age's final hour and I wish you were here to witness it with me. I know in my heart you are RIP. I'll bet you'll be the one to greet me at the gate when I transition. Eternally, Michael Lee Shirey

Words cannot express my deepest sympathy and love. I wish we could have spent more time together over the years. I will always remember taking care of Steve when he was a baby. His outlook on life was always so positive. Steve will be missed by many! I'm not going to say goodby but "See you on the other Side" Love You! Aunt Carole

Steve, I never really got to know you as a man, only as kids when we were growing up, but from what I've heard, you were quite a guy.

Steve - what can I say. To the best brother a sister can ask for and others only dream of. I'm glad I got to spend time with you and make you laugh. I know you are in God's hands now and will be waiting at Heaven's door for us to enter. Your music lives in us all. Love ya

It's still hard to accept that you are gone. I wish we could've been closer but I know that we had a bond when you came to visit. I'll always miss you Uncle Steve. Prayers to all of my family.
