Virginia TAYLOR Obituary
News Death Notice
TAYLOR, Virginia Passed away February 27, 2015 at Heartland of Springfield just shy of her 88th birthday on March 17th. She was born in Olive Hill, KY in 1927 to the late Rueben and Flossie (Cooper) Buckler. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Hiram; son, William; daughter-in-law, Joan Taylor; and grandson, Cristopher Taylor. She leaves behind eight remaining children, Jerry (Shirley) Taylor, Harold Taylor, Donald (Lucy) Taylor, James Taylor, Robert Taylor, Theresa Blanton, Phillip (Kim) Taylor, and Paul Taylor; special daughters-in-law, Jane Taylor and Dianna (Dean) McNab; special granddaughters, Leslie Sherman, Lisa Taylor, and Beth Duval; special grandson, Davis Blanton; and numerous other grandchildren and great grandchildren who were special to her also. We will always remember the big dinners and game playing. Thank you, Mother, for all your hard work and devotion in raising nine children on your own. Now it's time to rest. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Tuesday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME. Friends may visit with the family for one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow in Ferncliff Cemetery

You will forever be missed Grandma! We all have so many great memories of you that we will hold close to our hearts. One that I keep thinking about is how you loved to hug and kiss on all the lil ones.
