Albert J. Morrell Sr.

Albert Morrell Obituary

ALBERT J. MORRELL Sr. of Danbury and formerly of Stamford, CT, died August 21, 2005 at Danbury Hospital, he was 83. Albert was born March 7, 1922 in Stamford, CT, the son of the late Joseph and Lillian Morrell (Palmer). He was a yard Foreman at Genovese Supply Co., he served in the Army during WWII and enjoyed fishing, racing, and hunting. He is survived by three sons, Richard J., Gene, and Albert Morrell, Jr., 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife Rose, one grandchild, Ashley Morrell, and one great-grandchild, Antonia Notaro. Friends may call at the Green Funeral Home on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. A graveside service will be held Thursday, August 25, at 11:30 a.m. at St. John Cemetery in Darien, CT.
