Dear Maria Cinta,
When our family received the news about your husband, our hearts were broken. It hurt us, deeply. We felt the loss. It was as if we had lost a family member.
Because, in reality, you and your family have become a part of ours. The pain seems agonizing but we must find peace in knowing this:
Mr. Lowe, your husband--our friend--is within the presence of God.
We have no other words to express our deep sorrow. But know that we are here for you and the rest of the family.

We are sorry about your lost. Mr. Lowe was a special person for our family. We can remember the last time we were at your house, he spent a long time with Camila y Mathias (our kids).

Mr. Lowe will always be in our family's heart. As you already know, Mr. Lowe was very special person for me. He was always pleasant, funny, and very peaceful man. Every time I talk to him I always made him laugh and that made me happy. I would like to thank you for allowing me being part of your family. Mr. Lowe will always be with us. I love you!
