Jason Torres Obituary
Jason Daniel Torres, 26 years old, was born to Maria and Jose Torres on March 10, 1991, and he was greeted by our Heavenly Father and entered eternal rest on December 13, 2017.
He was a loving son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend. He attended Westhill High School and graduated with the class of 2009. As the baby of the family, Jason is survived by his parents and four siblings, Joyce D. DaCosta, Jose L. Torres, Jasmine Rivera and Glenda L. Torres.
For those in Jason's life it was known that he held his family and friends dear. He enjoyed spending time playing handball and cards with his loved ones. One of his longtime passions was music. He consistently would write and perform freestyles for those who surrounded him. Jason was kindhearted, humble, and free spirited. He touched many lives because of his generosity and overwhelming love.
For those who would like to pay their respects to his family, they may come to Bosak Funeral Home, 453 Shippan Avenue, in Stamford, on Sunday, December 17 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. A prayer service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, December 18 at 10 a.m., followed by a procession to Saint John's Cemetery in Darien, where he will be laid to rest.

To the family of Jason! My heart is with you guys and I'm praying for you. I graduated with Jason from Westhill! I got to spend 2 wonderful years with him in school! He was a dear friend to me. Although he and I lost touch after high school I still kept him in my heart and always remembered how sweet he was to me and how he helped me along the way since I was new to Stamford and westhill. He will be remembered! He was loved by many. So sorry for your loss.
