Jack was a good guy. I enjoyed working with him all the years I was at the Water Dept. Jack always had a smile and was happy-go-lucky. I don't remember ever seeing Jack angry or mad at anyone. He loved to come in to the accounting office to grab some candy and "chat" with me and Camille. May God rest his soul. My sincere sympathy to Terry and the children. Jack will be missed.
