Maria Tomas Obituary
Maria Teresa Tomas "Teresina", 87, of Stamford, CT, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving children on May 15, 2025.
Maria Teresa was born on April 5, 1938 in Arena, Italy, the daughter of the late Domenico and Elisabetta Francese Corbo. She is survived by her husband Carmelo, her children Carmine (Jill), Maria (Doug) and Lisa and her beloved grandchildren Luke, Olivia and Brando.
Family and friends will be received on Friday, May 23rd from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Lacerenza Macari Family Funeral Home, 8 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, May 24th at 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue. Burial will immediately follow at St. John Cemetery, 223 Richards Avenue, Norwalk, CT.
