Cioci Nancy was a special member of our family and the warmth in our holidays, and she will be dearly missed by me and my mom. We will always remember her deep faith in God, and her love, excitement and joy for life and for always being there to lend a helping hand and listening ear in all matters, whether great or small. It is a wonder of how there was enough time in her short 77 years to have touched and inspired so many hearts!
Cioci Nancy, for sure we will think of you as the remembrance of your singing our birthday greetings echoes through February and March or when we see daffodils blooming in springtime or hear a robin's song and when we see beautifully decorated eggs and traditional foods blessed for the Easter celebration. We will recall moments on your deck celebrating special times with red, white and blue cakes for Uncle John and all the special summer treats. We will give thanks for you when sitting at a bountiful Thanksgiving table knowing how you made that day so special with the whimsical turkey and all the trimmings. When the church bells toll at midnight to bring in our Christmas, we'll think of how magical and festive it was to celebrate together under your sparkling tree and enjoy Ambrosia and the best strawberry cheesecake. Surely we will miss you, always.
As much as Nancy took a part of us with her when she left this earth for her eternal home in heaven, she leaves a part of her in each of our hearts so we, in essence, are made whole again in the blessing of having known and shared life with her. That is something that we can all cherish forever.
Love from your niece Elizabeth (Liz) and Sister-in-Law Estelle (Stasia) McCauley

Dear mother, you will always be in my thoughts and prayers.
You are like a guardian angel.
Watching over me all the days of my life.
It will be difficult now, knowing you are gone. But because I know you are always watching over me, and because of the love you shared with us, I will have the strength to live my life as you intended me to.
With compassion and love, the golden attributes you taught me.
May you rest in peace my loving mother.
Thank you for all you have done for me, your grateful son, Michael.

I have fond memories of our being together in a dance group at St. Paul's in the 1980's, worshiping the Lord and supporting one another. She remained active with us in recent years, shopping and cooking for our weekly Agape Lunch...a blessing to us in every way. I've known her to smile through all her afflictions, which was evidence of her faith in Jesus...and now she sees His smile face to face.

I am so sorry to hear of Nancy's passing.
I did not know that she was ill and I used to see her on occasion at St. Paul's in Darien. She was a lovely woman in every way. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

No one will ever be able to replace this angel of the 1st degree. I feel that my world has less LIGHT in it now that she has gone to be with JESUS forever. But I find comfort in knowing and believing that she is looking upon all of us who loved her with that great big loving smile that was her signature. I love you until the end of time my dear friend and 2nd mother.

I can't believe Nancy has passed away. I didn't realize her condition. Haven't been in touch over the years and I 'm so sorry. We worked at Condec for many years and became good friends, even took a trip to Israel, thanks to her. I will never forget her smile, (like a ray of sunshine) and her strong devotion to the Lord. I'm sure she's smiling down on us and will rest in the peace of the Lord..
