Theresa Anderson Obituary

THERESA ANDERSON - 94, of Cos Cob died January 12, 2007 at Greenwich Hospital. Born in Greenwich on October 2, 1912 she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary McGuiness Cornelius and the wife of the late Nelson Anderson. Mrs. Anderson was a charter member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Cos Cob Fire Department. She was also a member of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Anderson is survived by a daughter Carol Willson of Cos Cob, Two sons Thomas Anderson of Greenwich, Richard Anderson on Winchester, CT , Seven Grandchildren and Seven Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by seven brothers and sisters. Services will be held Tues. January 16, at 10:00 A.M. in Diamond Hill Methodist Church, Cos Cob, Interment will follow in Putnam Cemetery. Friends may call at the Fred D. Knapp & Son Funeral Home, 267 Greenwich Ave. Greenwich from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Mon January 15, Memorial contributions may be made to Diamond Hill Methodist Church, 521 East Putnam Ave. Cos Cob, CT 06807.
