Elizabeth Dubick Obituary
Elizabeth "Betty" Dubick, 95, of White Haven passed away Wednesday at the home of her daughter, Dorothy DeNoia, White Haven.
Born in Freeland, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Veronica (Liska) Dovan, and the last surviving member of her parents and siblings.
She was a member of the former Ss. Peter and Paul Lutheran Church, Freeland, where she sang in the church choir and belonged to the Women's Auxiliary of the church. Betty also was a volunteer whenever they were collecting blood.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were her husband, Paul Dubick; brothers, Emil, Andrew, Albert and Edward; and sisters, Amelia Kochie, Dorothy Hunsinger, Mary Sarosky and Gazella Katchmarick. She was also predeceased by her grandsons, Michael and Paul DeNoia.
Surviving are a daughter, Dorothy DeNoia and husband, Michael, White Haven; grandchildren, Dina and Sean DeNoia; and a great-grandson, Michale Kadzelia.
All services will be private.
McHugh-Wilczek Funeral Home, 249 Centre St., Freeland, is in charge of arrangements.
