Joan E. Ferrey, 73, of Freeland passed away Friday in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Hazleton.
Born in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late Albert Sr. and Margaret (Misto) Petrusky.
She was a member of the former Ss. Peter and Paul Lutheran Church, Freeland.
Joan loved bingo.
Before retiring, she was a seamstress for the former Freeland Shirt, Husovich's and Penn Jac.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, was her husband, David Ferrey, in 2005; brothers; Albert Petrusky, in 2017; and David Petrusky, in 2007; infant sister, Mary Rose Petrusky; sister, Nancy Troell, in 2020; sister-in-law, Bernice Petrusky; brother-in-law, Joseph H. Troell; and nephew, Joseph Troell Jr.
Surviving are her son, Ed Graaf Jr.; sister, Gloria Petrusky; sister-in-law, Hazel Petrusky; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Friends may call at from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at McNulty Funeral Home 494 E. Butler Drive, Freeland. Services will be celebrated Saturday afternoon.
Private burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Freeland.

I want to express my sincere condolences for your beautiful mother that I had the privilege of taking care of. She was like a mother to me we always laughed when I would come in lst thing in the morning many good memories of her loved her so much she is at peace now that beautiful angel will be watching over u Eddie u wore her pride and joy so very sorry for your loss
