Margaret A. Dobash, 90, of Drifton, passed away Tuesday evening at Weatherwood Healthcare and Rehab Center, Weatherly.
She was born in Stockton No. 6, daughter of the late Peter and Ann (Kalpinski) Shershen. She was a member of the Parish of Ss. Cyril and Methodius at the Church of St. Joseph.
Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Leo J. Dobash; her son, Leo J. Dobash Jr.; a grandson, John Henry Bytsura; and the following brothers and sisters, Anna Drasher; Rose Bartel; Veronica Yakacki; John, Joseph, George, Edward; infant sister, Mary Shershen; and son-in-law, John Bytsura. She was the last surviving member of her parents and siblings.
She is survived by her children, Margaret Ann "Peggy" Bytsura, Drums; Charmaine Sist and husband, Sam, Hazleton; Mark Dobash, Drifton; four grandchildren, Zachary Bytsura; Sierra Rae; Tyler and Taylor Sist; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Parish of Ss. Cyril and Methodius at the Church of St. Joseph. Interment to follow in Calvary Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Frank J. Bonin Funeral Home Inc.

Charmaine, it´s your old friend Linda(shermer) Letcher. I want to tell you how very sorry I am to hear of your mothers passing. I remember her well. I know first hand how very hard it is to lose your mom. You will never forget, but the days get a little easier as time moves on.
