Robert Pecile Obituary
Robert E. Pecile, of Drifton, died Wednesday night at his residence. Born in Hazleton, he was the son of the late Enrico and Nora (Lotti) Pecile. Robert was a member of Most Precious Blood Church, Hazleton, and was a veteran of the Korean War serving with the U.S. Army. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as an electronics tester at the Tobyhanna Army Depot.
Preceding him in death, in addition to his parents, was an infant sister, June Pecile.
Surviving are his sister, Gloria DeFrancesco, Hazleton; nieces, Cheryl Daley and her husband, Mark; great-nieces, Norina Manassy and her husband, Erik; and Kimberly Fuentes and her husband, Joel.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Most Precious Blood Church, Hazleton. Interment will take place in Most Precious Blood Cemetery.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to service time Wednesday.
