Margaret Pecile Obituary
Margaret Kurovsky Pecile, 93, of Hazleton, died Saturday, March 23, 2024 in St. Luke's Manor.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the last surviving of 11 children, born to the late Andrew J. and Anna Martin Kurovsky. She worked for many years in a canning factory and loved all animals, especially dogs.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Bernadine Kurovsky, Mary Rowles, Helen Kurovsky, Agnes Veilleux, Elizabeth Grant, George, Clement, Joseph, John and Stephen Kurovsky.
She is survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Blessing service will be held Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. in St. Mary's Cemetery Chapel, South Main Road, Hanover Twp.
Interment will follow.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Lehman Family Funeral Service Inc., Wilkes-Barre.
