I worked with Charlie at Hatfield Real Estate for many years. I was completely shocked to hear the news. Charlie was always the easiest person to work with and so kind and understanding. He will be sorely missed.

The outpouring of support for my mom and our family has been so wonderful. Losing Charlie "dad" has been just the craziest, saddest and confusing time. So thank you all?

I was shocked and so sorry to learn of Charlie's passing. I was acquainted with Charlie through our mutual real estate careers, and always knew him to be a true professional and a true gentleman. His smile was quick and completely infectious. My condolences to your family.

To Charlie's Family, my husband and myself are so sorry of his passing. How sad to see this in the paper, when I saw the name I thought this can't be. We have worked with Charlie for many years buying rental properties. He was the best. Always went above and beyond to help us out. What a great guy we can't say enough about him. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time.
