I was shocked and so sorry to learn of Charlie's passing. I was acquainted with Charlie through our mutual real estate careers, and always knew him to be a true professional and a true gentleman. His smile was quick and completely infectious. My condolences to your family.

To Charlie's Family, my husband and myself are so sorry of his passing. How sad to see this in the paper, when I saw the name I thought this can't be. We have worked with Charlie for many years buying rental properties. He was the best. Always went above and beyond to help us out. What a great guy we can't say enough about him. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time.
