Age 86 of Horseheads, NY passed away on Sunday September 14, 2008 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Elmira, NY. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Lynch Funeral Home 318 West Broad Street Horseheads, NY on Tuesday September 16, 2008 from 6-8 PM. Mr. Novakowski's Funeral Services will be held at the conclusion of calling hours at 8PM with the Rev. Donald Ewell officiating. Calling hours and Funeral Services will be held at Forest Hills Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 2001 S.W. Murphy Road in Palm City, Florida on Friday September 19, 2008 where Full Military Honors will be accorded Mr. Novakowski.

One of the richest experiences of our lives has been the love and friendship of Ed and Polly. We are deeply saddened by his passing, but blessed by the wonderful hope of seeing him very soon in the presence of the Lord!
