Frannie was a close friend, the best man at my wedding. We were neighbors in the 1940's and drifted apart after I left the area. We remained in contact over the time and distance and I will miss him.

What a true gentlemen Francis was! I have worked at St Jo's for 25 years and my office was outside the lab doors...I just saw him at the hospital last week! He always had a smile on his face and something funny and encouraging to share...As heavens welcomes him home, we here will miss him greatly!

Mr. Palmer was my sister's neighbor, he was always kind to my children when we visited. My kids liked to go over to his house with their cousins and watch cartoons. He will be greatly missed!!

I worked for Francis in the lab at St. Joseph's when I was in high school in the sixties. He was a great person to work with and will be missed by all that knew him.
