CLARK , JACKSON B. "JACK" Age 77 of Cayuta , NY passed away on Friday February 24 , 2017 . Jackson was born February 16 , 1940 in Elmira , NY the son of the late Emmett John and Clara E. Beckwith Clark . He was a Veteran serving his country with The U.S. Air Force and was a member of The Horseheads American Legion . Jack married his wife , Patricia E. Carl Clark , on February 25 , 1961 and they would have celebrated their 56th Wedding Anniversary on February 25 , 2017. He was pre-deceased by his infant daughter Karen Patricia Clark , his mother Clara on August 29 , 1995 , his father Emmett on November 12 , 1995 , his brothers Joseph F. Clark on April 23 , 1973 , John E. Clark on April 29 , 1990 , and Jerry C. Clark on June 17 , 2009 . Jack retired from Kennedy Valve in Elmira NY after several years of dedicated service . He loved to hunt and go fishing and camping . Jack loved his family and friends and treasured the time he spent with them. Jack is survived by his wife Patricia E. Carl Clark ; daughter : Diana Clark Evans of Cayuta , NY ; son and daughter-in-law : Kevin & Rose Clark of Cayuta , NY ; grandchildren : Deona Evans of Elmira , NY , MacKenzie Evans of Horseheads , NY , Ricky & Jolenna Flynn stationed with The U.S. Air Force in England , Devin Clark and Derik Clark both of Cayuta , NY ; great grandchildren : Alex , Kaiden , Brianna Flynn all of England , and Javon Evans of Elmira , NY ; sisters and brother-in-law : Joan Frisk of Horseheads , NY and Joyce & Bill Francis of Dundee , NY ; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law : William & Kyeong Carl of Montgomery , Alabama , Florence Montayne of Chemung , NY , and Edytha & Philip Potter of Beggs , Oklahoma ; several nieces , nephews , cousins , extended family members , and a host of caring friends . Relatives and friends are invited to call at the LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS , NY on Tuesday February 28 , 2017 from 3-6 PM. Mr. Clark's Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday March 1 , 2017 at 12 Noon. Jack will be laid to rest in Maple Grove Cemetery in Horseheads , NY where Full Military Honors will be accorded Mr. Clark.

I will miss Uncle Jack. I have many fun memories of time spent with him and Aunt Pat in my younger years. It has been a long time since I last saw them but I will always cherish the many family memories at the farm.
