Karen Hayes Obituary
Horseheads - Age 66, of Horseheads. She was born February 4th 1955 in Elmira, NY, the daughter of the Arnold F. and Margaret Helen (Rosier) Schrage and passed away on Monday, February 22nd 2021. She is survived by her beloved husband Chester Hayes; her 3 sons and Goddaughter; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters 'Joni', 'Janny' (Larry), Mark (Debra), and 'Lin' (lifelong friend Mike); along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends. Family and friends are invited to visit the Barber Funeral Home, 413 S. Main St., in Horseheads on Friday, February 26th 2021 from 11 am to 1 pm. Masks must be worn and social distancing observed. Karen's funeral service will be held there at 1 pm; dear friend Pastor Sylvia Stansfield officiating. Committal and interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Elmira. Memorial donations can be found, a full tribute to Karen's life may be read, and condolences left at www.barberfuneralhome.com
