Leon G. "Pete" King Sr.

SR., Leon "Pete" G. Age 71, of Cohocton, NY, died Wednesday, January 21, 2004 at the Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, NY. He was born in Lindley, NY on March 4, 1932, the son of Leon and Doris Case King. He was an Army veteran. Pete was a farm hand at the Wallace Potato Farm in Avoca, NY. He is survived by his wife, Doris Fullmer King of Cohocton, NY; five daughters, seven sons, 23 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Sunday, January 25 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Fagan's Inc. Funeral Home, 31 West Morris St., Bath, NY. Services will be conducted on Monday at 11 a.m. at the Bath VA Union Chapel. Burial will be in the Bath National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Pete's name may be made to Kanona Fire Department, Kanona, NY 14856.
