Age 55, of Austin Hill Rd., Van Etten, NY, and formerly of Seneca Falls, passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at her home with her family at her side. Family and friends may call at the Doran Funeral Home Inc., 4 E. Bayard St., Seneca Falls, on Monday, March 24, from 4 – 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 25, at 9:15 a.m. at the funeral home and at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Reverend James Fennessy, Pastor. Burial will be in St. Columbkille Cemetery, Seneca Falls. If desired, contributions may be made to Southern Tier Hospice, 11751 E. Corning Rd., Corning, NY 14830. Michele was born in Seneca Falls on November 15, 1952 the daughter of Michael and Teresa Scale Cerjanic. She was a graduate of Wagner High School, Angelies City, Philippines, and had attended Rose College, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She had graduated from a Digital Technical School in computer technology. She had been residing in Van Etten for 22 years previously living in Newfield, NY, and Seneca Falls. She had been employed by the Salvation Army, managing, over the years, in their Thrift Store in Horseheads, Corning, and Ithaca, NY. She had, at one time, been employed by the Digital Equipment Co., Ithaca, NY, as a field engineer. She had been a member of St. Patrick's Church, Seneca Falls. She is survived by her husband, Roderick C. Reese of Van Etten, NY, who she married on July 1, 1988; her parents, Michael and Teresa Scale Cerjanic, Seneca Falls, NY; one daughter, Michelle (Jeffrey Erickson) Sullivan, Breeseport, NY; one son, Jeffery (Jessica) Reese, Horseheads, NY; five grandchildren, Amanda and Shantelle Reese, Kelsey and Megan Sullivan, and Jeffrey Erickson Jr.; one brother, Nicholas A. (Theresa) Cerjanic, Las Vega, Nevada; one niece, Cassandra Cerjanic; one nephew, Alexandra Cerjanic.

i met michele only a few times at the pharmacy where i worked, but she always had nice words for me, and was very sweet. i was very sorry to hear of her passing, and she is greatly missed at the pharmacy.

I only knew Michele for a short time but her laughter could brighten any dark day. I will miss her very much. As I was working today I found something and my first thought was that I would have to ask Michele about it, just like I always did. She knew so much about so many things. She will truely missed by all that knew her.

To michelle,s family;so sorry about michelle,I started working at the salvation army about 14 months ago,after michelle left, but iwas fortunate toget to know her.she always brought us goodies and would stop in to visit.she was always thinking of others with a big smile.she will be deeply missed at the salvation army stores.my heart goes out toall of yous.
