Paul Vasco Obituary
Knoxville, PA: Paul Morgan Vasco, age 21 of Knoxville, PA passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 7, 2014. Born July 17, 1993 in Wellsboro, PA, he was the son of Stan Vasco and Karen (Burnshaw) Vasco. Paul graduated in 2011 from Cowanesque Valley High School, where he enjoyed playing track. Paul served in the Army National Guard. He was an Eagle Scout, a hunter and scuba diver. He is survived by his parents; Stan Vasco and Karen Vasco; his brothers, John Harrison Vasco and Nicholas Bartran Vasco; his sister, Lauren Rene Vasco, all of Knoxville, PA; his girlfriend, Kari Lampman; his grandparents, James and Betty Vasco of Quarryville, PA and James and Carol Burnshaw of Media, PA; and several aunts, uncles and 18 cousins. Family will receive friends at Kenyon Funeral Home, 214 W. Main St., Elkland on Tuesday from 5:00 - 7:00 PM and on Wednesday from 1:00 - 2:00 PM. A funeral mass will follow on Wednesday, 2:00 PM at the St. Thomas Catholic Church, 111 First St., Elkland with Father John Kita officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Knoxville.
