As President of AARP Chapter 276 of Chemung County I wish to offer my condolences and those of the membership on the passing of Ruth. She, along with her late husband, Fran, were a major addition to our membership and will be sorely missed. Sally Treat

I have known Mrs. Weeks for 10 years now.. She has been a great person to know in those years and has ALWAYS been in attendance at Oakwood United Methodist Church.. I sing in the choir and she just LOVED to hear us sing. My daughter Cheryl Locke loved her dearly and Mrs Weeks just adored her and always gave Cheryl and I a hug.. She will be dearly missed..

I am so sorry for loss. It is sad for Ruth because we're all going to miss her 95th birthday celebration.
