Jody, Nick and Tia, my deepest sympathies for your loss. I will always remember Tommy as being one of the coolest guys I ever met, with his leather jacket, black t- shirts, levis and boots! He was great with people and would do anything for a friend. And it seemed everyone was his friend. He helped me out on more than one occasion. I loved working at Lefty's and have lots of happy memories there. Tommy always walked thru the restaurant at the end of a busy night, and said Thanks and Good Job. that meant a lot! He was a one of a kind, for sure. I'm happy to have known him. RIP Tommy

Tommy was a nice person and a great host. I was a customer at Razz-Ma-Tazz and he was always so kind and funny. He made dinner on Friday nites once in awhile and was a great Chef. We shared a few laughs with my friend and I still remember how he had the place decorated with the jazz items on the walls. May he rest in peace. He is in my thoughts and prayers.

Mann, just found this news out tonight....Tommy aka "MO" because of his diehard love for the Yankees and everytime I had seen him Mariano Rivera was mentioned so that was his name and he called me "Yaz" being a sox fan, after he left GRC and went to elmira college I stayed in touch with him talked to him maybe once a month if I was lucky...2 minutes talking to this man really made ya smile he had an awesome attitude and personality ..one thing that sticks in my mind is how much he was on the phone with his daughter on his lunch breaks and would talk about how much his kids meant to him, my heart breaks for his children. Rest peacefully "Mo" it was a pleasure to meet you pal.

All of us at Punk's Place are saddened by this unexpected loss. Tommy was instrumental in helping me get Punk's going. His wisdom, knowledge and years of experience were invaluable in my transition from Contractor to Restaurant owner. He offered me one year of help and in return I received a life time of experience. Whenever we start to get really busy I always hear one of your favorite expressions, "It's Showtime". RIP Tommy. Your friend..Punk

I was so shocked to read of Tommy's death. My heart and prayers go out to all of you. May the Lord embrace him in peace, and "welcome him into the light of His Face" as we pray in the Mass for those who have died. I will offer a Mass for Tommy here in my parish church of St. Stanislaus, Bradford NY. I always remember him as a joy, friendly person when I served both at St. Mary's, Elmira and Sts. Peter and Paul. May he now know the joy of Heaven. Fr. Pat Connor.
