In 1975, Winnie and her four kids were the first family to welcome my two young daughters and me as part of the community. Winnie opened her home and her heart to us - feeding and entertaining us and filling our lives with laughter and love. She and the Frampton clan became lifelong friends whom Kimber and I cherish always. Winnie, I will miss you and treasure memories of you forever.

Looking back over the last 15 or so years I can't remember a single project undertaken by WMUMC that Winnie was not a large part of.Sometimes assuming a leadership role and other times working diligently in the background. She seemed to be equal parts Mother Theresa and the energizer bunny. Needless to say she will be missed. Our deepest sympathies to both her biological family as well as her church family.
Via con Dios Winnie and thank you...

Sue and i send our deepest sympathies to the family of Winnie Frampton. Winnie and I spent many an hour together in church meetings or traveling to and from church meetings. She was a mentor to me, always encouraging and uplifting. She is one reason I became a pastor. She will be missed, but Sue and I will hold her memory close.

We celebrate Winnie's life remembering her as a loving person, one who had compassion for others and lived her faith in bold ways always committed to her church. Her love and care of her family, her service to the community, are but a few of the things we celebrate as we say "farewell" good and faithful friend.

Winnie will always be special to me. She was the first person to welcome me into her home when I began teaching music in Elmira. Our friendship began that day and has continued to her death. I always valued her counsel, adored her energy and loved and learned from her faith and desire to help those in need. My sympathy to Denise, Mark, Jean and Wendy who are her greatest legacies. Rest In Peace, Winnie. I will always love you

We have many fond memories of Winnie And Keith. We enjoyed their company always. My Mother-In-Law , Agnes Cary talked so often how much Winnie did for others and in the Church too.
Roger enjoyed going to school with Winnie and often mentioned the good times they had. Glad I got to be a part of this special time in my life.
