James Mowery Obituary
Jim worked for and partnered with four different companies over the years, most recently Bacharach, which he retired from in 2018.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Georgeanne M. Dells-Mowery; daughter, Jenny Hunt (Sean); his middle son, James J. Mowery Jr. (Michelle), their children Amber, Katelyn, James; his youngest son, Joseph B. Mowery (Betty), their children Sky, Lily, Joe Jr., Jade, Alex; his honorary son, John Merson (Tammy), their children Tristan, Karli; his close extended family, Tiffany, Martin, Alyssa, Teagan, Catherine, October and Marcus. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Mildred Hershey; his brother-in-law, Walter Merson (Carroll); and brother-in-law, Henry Merson. He is loved from East Coast to West Coast with tons of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Feb. 2, 2019, at 3 p.m. followed by catered fellowship at the Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home P.A. in Chester, Md.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, that memorial contributions be made to BARCS in Baltimore, Animal Rescue League in Queenstown or Chesapeake Cats and Dogs in Queenstown, Md.

I worked with Jim for 4 years when he was with Comfort Guardian. He was always the consummate professional and a good friend to all who knew him. His knowledge of electronics was amazing and there was never a time that he was too busy to help anyone in need. My most sincere condolences to the Mowery family. Rest in peace my friend, your work here is done.
