Maryann Otterbeck Obituary

Maryann Otterbeck, born on January 19, 1943, at St. Joseph Hospital in Queens, NY, was the beloved daughter of Edward J. Agnitsch and Nora Sheehan. She graduated from Massapequa High School and later pursued further education at the Long Island Business Institute in 1992. A dedicated and diligent individual, Maryann worked as an assistant secretary for Eastern Federal Savings and Loans before joining Edwin B. Stimpson Inc. as an assistant personnel manager in 1993.

Maryann's life was marked by her deep love and commitment to her family. She married the late Fredrick Otterbeck on February 13, 1965, and together they raised two loving daughters, Maryann Spina (Joseph) and Denise Stanisci (the late Gregory). She cherished her three wonderful grandchildren-Gregory Stanisci (Amber), Alyssa Lechner (Patrick), and Samantha Spina-and was blessed with four great-grandchildren: Lacey, Barry, Nora, and Rylee.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, son-in-law Gregory, and her beloved Irish Setter, Bailey, Maryann's memory lives on through her family and all who knew her.

Services will be held at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 1210 S Washington St Easton, MD, Wednesday July 3, 2024, at 11 AM. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Talbot Hospice (phone number 410-822-2724, talbothospice.com) or D.E.L.T.A Rescue (Leo Grillo, P.O Box 9 Glendale, CA 91209).

Maryann's legacy of love, hard work, and devotion to her family will forever be remembered and cherished.
