Robert Erik Reddersen

1964 - 2026

Robert Erik Reddersen, known as "Red" by his friends, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Monday, January 19, 2026. Born on February 4, 1962, in D.C., Erik grew up in Crofton, MD, Cherry Hill and Clinton, NJ, where he built lifelong friendships with the Boys. He and his brother were always a skatepark away from trouble.

Erik was an amazing carpenter and could build anything. With his knowledge of music, he always won the "who is the artist and when did it come out" game. His love of golf led to many other friendships, as did his generous nature. His love of the Flyers led to many a journey north. He has lived in Fishing Creek, Md for many years and the friends he made there meant so much to him, as well as his family.

He is survived by his parents, Robert and Carol Reddersen, his brother Kurt Reddersen, and sisters Kristen Donaldson and Karen Yevak, along with many nieces and nephews, Aunts and Uncles who loved him.

The family will be having a celebration of life in the spring for all who are interested. Donations can be made to Coastal Hospice Foundation, P.O. Box 1733, Salisbury, MD 21802. He flew high, lived well, and gave it all.
