Marie lived such a unique life. it was a peaceful joy to just be in her presence, to walk through her lush garden, to see her chickens and goats, cats and pig all living in that natural community with her along with the prolific wild life. i will remember her as i first saw her at the market surrounded by honey and her beautifully painted eggs with that radiant smile on her face. i miss her already.
