Barbara Marie (Pedersen) Jolliffe

July 26, 1941 - January 25, 2026

Barbara Marie (Pedersen) Jolliffe passed away on January 25, 2026, at the age of 84.

Her memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at The Village at 2 p.m. Donations may be given to the Legacy of the Plains Museum, WNCC, Serenity Garden Club, or PEO. Fond memories and condolences may be shared on www.dugankramer.com for the Jolliffe family. Dugan Kramer Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.

Barbara was born on July 26, 1941, in San Francisco, CA, to Robert and Elizabeth (Fenton) Pedersen. She graduated from San Rafael High School in 1959. She attended Saint Luke's Hospital School of Nursing, graduated 1961.

Barbara married William Marsh Jolliffe in 1962. Two sons were born to this marriage- Gregory Allen and Mark Steven.

Barbara worked as a Registered Nurse in many health care settings in Colorado, California and Nebraska. Community Hospital, Doctor's offices, WNCC/LPN Program, Scottsbluff Public Schools-School Nurse and Substance Abuse Prevention for the 13 counties of Western Nebraska.

Her garden and the Serenity Garden Club were very important to her. She was a Master Gardener, Volunteer of the Year (2013) for Legacy of the Plains Museum, and enjoyed needlework and dried flowers.

Survivors include her sons, Gregory and Mark (Heidi); special daughter-in-law, Dee Anna DeWitt; grandchildren, Kristina Jolliffe, Micha Troung (Tom), Santana Seal and Miranda Hook (Jeremy); great-grandchildren, London Troung, Piper Troung, Madison Seal, Jayda Seal and Mackinley Hook; brothers, Walt Pedersen (Janet) and Ed Pedersen (Beth); and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Pedersen; and mother, Elizabeth Pedersen.
