Keith Krafczik Obituary
Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 14, at the Cantrell Funeral Home in Kimball with Pastor Virgil Johnson officiating. Burial will be in the Dix Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1 to 5 p.m. to sign the register book and leave condolences for the family. Friends can visit www.cantrellfh.com to view the obituary and leave condolences for the family. Memorials may be given to the donor's choice. The services have been entrusted to the Cantrell Funeral Home.
Keith Wayne Krafczik was born in Laramie, Wyo. on Dec. 28, 1938, the son of Gustave and Alice (Tallmon) Krafczik. He moved with his family to Potter and he attended school through Junior High in Potter. He then moved to Kimball and graduated from the Kimball High School in 1957. Keith worked as a pumper in the oil field for 8 years and then worked for Antelope Gas for 4 years. He moved to Texas for a short time and then moved back to Kimball and worked for the State of Nebraska Roads Dept. for 25 years until his retirement.
Keith loved following the activities of his children and was involved with the events that they were in. He loved watching sports and was a fan of the Denver Broncos.
Survivors include his spouse Fleda Krafczik of Mesa, Ariz.; sons, Jeff (Debbie) Krafczik of Simi Valley, Calif., Scott Krafczik of Chico, Calif., and Roger Krafczik of Kimball; grandchildren, Zack, Ryan, Jennifer, Kayla, Juli, Seth, Sheign and Jennifer Waite.
His parents and son Darin preceded Keith in death.
