Kent Scott Zweifel April 22, 2021 Kent Scott Zwe-ifel, 60, of Gering, passed away on Thursday, April 22, 2021 in Scottsbluff. Kent was born on March 5, 1961 to Robert and Deanna (Luenenborg) Zweifel. He grew up in Gering and graduated from Gering High School in 1979. Throughout his adult life, he had various jobs including farming, working at Great Western Sugar, but his favorite job was driving as a long haul trucker for many years. He loved driving from coast to coast and took great pride in his career. Unfortunately, his career ended when he was placed on disability due to various health issues. He is survived by his parents, Robert and Deanna Zweifel of Scottsbluff; brother, Rory Zweifel of Gering; sister, Lisa Cook (Mike) of Las Vegas, NV; nieces, Kaitlin and Jessica Cook; daughter, Shelly Wilson (Larry) of Tucson, AZ; son, Michael Ringleman (Janet) of Menisee, CA. Kent also had five grandchildren, Imani, Isaiah, Allie, Jazmin and Alyssa. He will be greatly missed. A time of sharing for family and friends will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 14, 2021 at the Bridgman Funeral Home in Scottsbluff.
