ANTHONY HAYMES Obituary

ANTHONY "TONY" HAYMES Anthony "Tony" Haymes, 74, of Maynard passed away Saturday, March 29, 2025 at the Advanced Care Hospital in Searcy. He was born February 12, 1951 in Beebe to the late Arthur and Sally Sims Haymes. Tony served in the national guard, was a cattle farmer, a member of the Mount Pleasant Masonic Lodge #99, was the Mayor of Supply, and the rudest customer at the Supply Store but was loved by everyone. Tony was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Sally Haymes; his wife, Brenda Gail Haymes; and his son, Brian Nelson. He is survived by one son, Jeff (Karen) Nelson; two daughters, Laura Nelson Palmer and Amanda (Randy) Patton; fourteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two brothers, Ray Haymes and Sonny (Jeri) Haymes; two sisters, Scotta Reimers and Fern Case; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 1, 2025 from 12-2 PM in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with a funeral service beginning at 2 PM with Gary Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Ingram Cemetery. Honored to serve as Pallbearers are Trent Corbett, Dalton Rickey, Justin Nelson, Bradley Wicker, Jared Wicker, Greg Chesser, and Beau Clark.
