Kenneth F. Delahanty
'Kind and generous' Basking Ridge resident
Kenneth F. Delahanty, 73, of Basking Ridge, N.J., passed away on Oct. 12, 2020, at Morristown Medical Center after a long illness.
He was the son of Francis J. Delahanty and Louise Collins Delahanty, also of Basking Ridge. He is survived by his brother, Richard S. Delahanty of New Orleans, La., and his sister, Sara L. Delahanty of Brooklyn, N.Y.
Ken, who lived in Basking Ridge since 1973, worked for 20 years at NBC Studios in New York City, 10 years at Coldwell Banker in Bernardsville, N.J., and 19 years at RiteAid, now Walgreen's Pharmacy, in Bernardville. He was very kind and generous to all who knew him. He remains in our hearts always.
His body will be cremated, and there will be no funeral service.
