DOUGLAS LIVENGOOD Obituary

DOUGLAS LIVENGOOD Douglas Livengood, 75, of Topsail Island died Jan 7, 2018 after a long illness. He is survived by his loving wife, Ann Livengood of the home, a devoted and loving daughter Kimberly Lawson, grandson Noah Lawson, son-in-law Shane Lawson, all of Lexington, NC and a sister, Delores Livengood of Jamestown, NC. He is also survived by 2 stepsons, Greg and Kevin Hill and 2 step grandsons, Kalen and Dakota Hill, all of Clayton, NC. He was loved and admired by his stepchildren. Doug was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He had a very special love and bond with his grandson, Noah. He loved calling Topsail Island home. There will be a memorial service at a later date.

Ann,
We stopped by the shop in Hampstead on Friday and saw the obituary posted. I'm so glad we had the opportunity to visit with Doug at the Christmas bazaar. He was such a nice person - he will be missed by many.
