Gary's smile would always light up the room when I came to see him. To you Lisa, love of his life along with his children. So honored our paths had the chance to cross. Sadness fills my heart and memories fill my mind of a young handsome guitar player in a gospel group and then to a band called Shade with his best friend Ray Donald and myself
Playing at Carolina beach at the Astor hotel till 2 am then breakfast at 4 and sleep all day Sunday lol We were young and in love. We were married in July 1976 but love was not enough for two "kids" both musicans and head strong
I will always remember the nights we stayed up singing together while he strummed that guitar he loved so much
