To say Herb was a good man is an understatement. He was a good husband, a good father, a good grandfather and a great friend and Pastor. He will be very much missed by us and the rest of the congregation at Harmony Presbyterian Church. Glad to know that you are reunited with your beloved Barbara. Thank you for all you did for us and the Church. Loved you very much.

Mr. Herb Pate: You will be greatly missed by all who love you. You preached from the heart and helped us to feel God's presence. They will have a hard time filling your shoes at Harmony. We will hold you in our memories and our hearts forever. Enjoy your journey to rest with God and Ms. Barbara. Love as always, Karen & Dwight

Mr. Herb was a beautiful man. Although I knew him only in the past few years, I always enjoyed his company. He was a true servant of the Lord. God be with his family at this time of grief.
