I'm sad to hear I lost my good friend jackie. I had the honor of working with him for over 8years a great person to work with. Would go the extra mile to help u in anyway he could. U needed something fixed u could always count on Jackie to fix it for you. He had a great passion for the things he loved in life golf family and his grandson.and his duke blue devils. The light will always shine bright for u buddy R I P jackie your in a good place now!

Ronnie and I were so sorry to hear of our friend's passing. Jackie and Ronnie go back to high school days together, and our boys and I got to know him when we moved next door to him. I remember how happy Ronnie and Jackie were to find out they were next door neighbors. Jackie was a true light in this world. He had the joy of the Lord and anyone who knew him saw and felt that. We pray the family feels the comfort of our precious Holy Spirit at this time. We will miss Jackie, til we see him again!

My husband, Patrick, worked with Jackie and when they were working together Jackie would call me just to make sure I knew Pat was being a pain. The few times I met him, he seemed to be a sweet man. I know my husband learned alot from him and will miss him.

Sholar Family - Jackie was an unforgettably kind-hearted person. May your memories of him brighten today and days to come. I met Jackie in 2004 at work and enjoyed talking with him daily about his family, truck, golf and life in general. Just as with everyone that knew him, he holds a special place in my heart and I will miss him greatly and think of him often.

I feel very blessed to have had such a kind and thoughtful cousin like Jackie. As a kid, I spent a lot of time in Leland during the summers with Aunt Imogene, Uncle Durand and the boys and have many wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. Greater than the memories is the assurance I have that Jackie is in the presence of the Lord and a lot of our family who has gone on to Heaven. Our family reunions will never be the same, but I do believe with all my heart that Aunt Imogene and Jackie are having the best reunion ever!

Dad, Betty & family... Im only further saddened by the fact that I won't make it up there in time for the service.
I have early childhood memories of Jackie as well as the rest of the family. I can also remember seeing him as a father when Imogene was born. Imogene and Family, Jackie was the kindest person in this world. The years that we worked together will be in my memories forever. We always picked on him about his truck and he would laugh and laugh. He truly loved his family and was so proud of his grandson. I knew Jackie from work at RAJeffreys, he was very sweet an willing to help anyway he could. Jackie and I talked
everyday while working
together, he kept a smile on my face even through the most difficult of days. I will miss him and yes he did like to smell good.
My fiance Justin Cook, will also miss this gentle giant.

Life will be forever changed for all of us who knew and loved Jackie. He left behind a legacy of gentleness, kindness, love for all people. Jackie was my first cousin, we did see much of each other when we were little. When his dad was stationed in Virginia we would go over to his dad's house and visit while they were in Norfolk. Jackie was a kind, gentle, and caring person. We had great memories together. You will be greatly missed. Loved you very much
