Janie and I worked together at Kaiser for almost 20yrs. She was a bedrock for the whole office, and was a great role model for us. We all grew to love one another like sisters, and always enjoyed our get-togethers. We'll all miss our Janie. She was a wonderful person, and we were blessed to have her in our lives.

I worked with Janie at Kaiser Chemicals for many years, and grew quite fond of her. She loved our little "get togethers" after Kaiser closed, and I will miss her.

Greetings and our profound sympathy is with you at this time. Janie will always be remembered by Wanda and I as a dear friend. When we were at Sunset Park church she befriended us and never let go of that friendship. We enjoyed here company and laughter and smile. She loved to play the piano and we loved to here her play. She gave herself to us and many times gave to us more than we gave to her. She will be fondly remembered. We loved her very much! God Bless you and our prayers are with you.

I'll never forget all the good times my family and I shared with Janie and Charlie. She had the biggest heart and the greenest thumb of any woman I ever met. After my parents got older, I knew I could always count on Janie to check on them. For years she was in and out of our house, at least once a day, sometimes twice. When I lost my parents, she, along with my other Madison Steet neighbors and family, were waiting for me as I walked into my childhood home to provide comfort and support......I shall miss visiting her when I go to Wilmington. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

To the family of Mrs. Janie our sympathy truly goes out to you. We got to know her through our Thomas Kinkade Serenity Place Art Gallery but we found that our ties go way back in time through Sunset Park Baptist Church. She was and always will be very special in our hearts. We will never forget her genuine LOVE she shared with us and so many others. Our prayers are with all of you at this time.

I worked with Janie for 13 years at Kaiser. She taught me a lot. We all were like family at Kaiser. She will surely be missed by all who loved her.
