Jeff was a great person, he brought me some Topsail Sound oysters on several occasions. I worked with him at DuPont for many years. We have a beach home at Surf City thanks to Jeff, he was the person that told me about the lot that we eventually bought. RIP peace Jeff, you will be missed by family and friends.

The grounds division from Pender county facilities and fleet services were shocked and saddened to hear about Jeff. He was a dedicated employee not only to his department, but was more than willing to assist us with his many years of experience when we were faced with a problem. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends and know in your hearts he truly will be missed.

I was deeply saddened to hear about Jeff's passing. He was an outstanding employee of Pender County Utilities, and a great person. The PCU staff is heartbroken that he was taken from us much too soon. Our sincere thoughts are with the family and all who were fortunate enough to know Jeff.

Grief can be overwhelming after the loss of a loved one but your memories are forever. I worked with Jeff at Pender County Utilities for about 5 years. I will always remember him walking past my office to his supervisors office. He would stop by my office to say hello, and, maybe, share some of his dry wit with me. I enjoyed his dry wit....it always made me smile.

Jeff you will be missed. So polite and never out of the way, treated me with a lot of respect. I will miss the blue truck coming in the drive to the water tower. You were a really true friend of mine and my husband's Ray.
