LINDA DEJONG EULER Linda DeJong Euler, 78, of Kure Beach passed away peacefully at home with her family on March 12, 2017. Daughter of Micky and Edna DeJong, she grew up in New York City and the surrounding area. Linda joins her beloved husband and best friend for 58 years, Richard, but leaves behind her three children Mark, Bruce and Elizabeth their spouses Sharon, Michele and Mark and her pride and joy, her grandchildren Samantha, Sara, Erick, Haley, Andrea, Cassandra, Britton and Brooke. She is also survived by her brother Phillip and brother-in- law Stephen and his wife Valeria. Linda had a love for her family, friends and always put others before herself. Her strength was inspirational and her positive outlook and fierce independence never kept her down and will be missed and forever admired by those who knew her. She had a love for animals and had requested that in lieu of flowers that a donation to your local animal shelter be made in her name. The family will be hosting a celebration of her life this Saturday (March 18, 2017) at their home between 1:00 and 3:00 pm.
