Not many days go by where I don't think about my "Dad". The sense of humor so many of his friends and family knew, his "corniness". I still find myself wanting to call and ask for answers to plumbing questions... Miss you much!!

To the family who might not know how much Steve was thought of in the plumbing trade in Wilmington. He was a man with a very funny sense of humor and some of his stories would keep us in stitches. He would always have that smile and you would wonder how much truth, if any, was in his tale. He was one of, if not the best plumber in New Hanover County. He knew the plumbing code better than the inspectors that inspected his jobs. If they turned his job down they had better know what they were talking about and be able to back it up. Steve was usually right. I have worked at several plumbing supply houses for over 40 years, and Steve was one of my favorite plumbers. He was a what you saw is what you got person. He was a plain down to earth man. He was well respected in the plumbing trade and will be greatly missed. Good by OLD FRIEND.
