Douglas Swanson Obituary
A Prayer Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, December 4, 2023 at the Mueller Funeral Home, Peru followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph's Church, Peru with Rev. Gary Blake, pastor officiating. Burial will follow in Peru City Cemetery with full military rites conducted by the Peru Veterans Memorial Group. Visitation will be held 9:00-10:30 AM Monday at the funeral home.

We were so sorry to hear about his passing.! One great guy and not bad as a cousin! Lois, Greg, Jeff, Steve & Heidi and families, Please except our deepest condolenses on the loss of your husband and father! I have so many memories of that awnry ol' Doug! Have a beer for me with all of them up there! And give 'em all a hug for us! And Doug, watch what you do, cause your closer now! Love you Doug! Bye!
