Myrna Knapp Obituary
Visitation will be held at the Zion United Methodist Church, Mendota, on Friday, October 3, 2025 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 4th at 11:00 AM at Zion United Methodist Church, with Pastor Jeff Brace officiating. Burial will follow at Restland Cemetery. Arrangements are through The Fiocchi Funeral Homes.
Myrna was born in Duluth, Minnesota, and graduated from Minot State Teachers College with a bachelor of science degree in music education.
She married William Knapp in 1961. Together with her husband, she was a partner in Reliable Excavating Inc. and Knapp Farms, Inc. She was also a dedicated member of the Mendota Business and Professional Women's Club and Zion United Methodist Church.
A gifted musician, Myrna taught piano for more than 60 years, played the organ, and sang in many choirs throughout her life. She loved her family and friends fiercely and will be remembered most for her kindness.
Memorials may be directed to Mendota Christian Food Pantry or Mendota Area Senior Services.
