William Burnsed Obituary
He was born in Bryan County, Ga., and was a member of Central Junction Baptist Church in Garden City, Ga.
He was the retired owner/operator of Burnsed Trucking Company for 29 years, Wade Burnsed Tire Service, and was also retired from Union Camp Corporation after 21 years of service.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Deloris Deal Burnsed, of Statesboro, Ga; four daughters, Sharon B. Jenkins,(Carroll), Statesboro, Ga; Brenda B. Fields,(the late Jimmy Fields) of Pooler, Ga; Patricia B. Ellrod,(Joey) of Statesboro, Ga; and Wadelle B. Dewitt, (Roy) of Bloomingdale, Ga; two brothers, Clem & Floyd Burnsed; five sisters, Alvarine Beasley, Vera Stone, Joyce Wright, Mildred Edwards, and June Scarce; 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Fairhaven Funeral Home.
Funeral Services: 10 a.m. Thursday in the Chapel of the Fairhaven Funeral Home, with Rev. Kenny Harrelson, officiating. Interment will follow in Lower Black Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
