Bennie Castruita our beloved wife, mother and grandmother was called home on February 2, 2015 by our Heavenly Father. She was born to Evaristo and Bernarda Gonzales in San Diego, TX on April 18, 1935. She lived most of her life in Austin, TX. She married Frank Castruita, Jr. on December 17, 1952 and they were married for 62 years until her death. Her greatest accomplishment was raising her family. Bennie is survived by her Husband, Frank, her Daughters, Sandra Carrillo, Judy Tello, Nancy Moreno and Cynthia Flores, her Sons, Thomas, John and Frank, 24 Grandchildren, 52 Great-Grandchildren, 4 Great Great-Grandchildren and her Brother, Ezekiel Gonzales. She is preceded in death by her two brothers, two sisters and her Great-Granddaughter, Hilari Rios. The Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Thursday, February 5th at Angel Funeral Home. The mass will be held Friday at 10:00 a.m. at San Jose Church. Burial will follow at Assumption Cemetery. Her grandsons, Randy A. Moreno, Michael and James Tello, T.J. and Rudy Castruita and Larry Flores, Jr. will proudly serve as pallbearers.
