Bob blessed our Men's Small Group Bible Study with his insights and Godly perspective. I always enjoyed reading his emailed devotions as they provided tremendous encouragement. Bob was an inspiration to us all in the way he not only knew his gifts ... but used them in a way that brought glory to God.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you Kristin... I always loved Bob's quiet time emails, as he would dig deep into God's Word, and share what God was speaking to him about - I called them Bobisms, and Bob thought that was funny. I will cherish those memories that he shared with so many of us.

Heaven is full of joy to have Bob there now, as he was such a spiritual and personable man. However, we are so saddened to know that he will no longer be able to come down to the River to help with our irrigational system, or fish in the Guadalupe River. Our hearts ache for you, Kristin, and our prayers are with all of your family.
Many blessings to you,
Sherry & Jeff Wooley

I'll never forget Bob's heart for ministries. I still have a book he gave me about being a leader in single's ministry. I have a fond memory of a group of us going to a Christmas program at Shoreline and out to dinner. Bob could make everyone laugh. He'll be missed.

Kristin: My heartfelt condolences to you, your family and Bob's family. May God place his loving arms around you all now and console you in those moments you feel alone or bewildered by this horrible tragedy. Our God is an awesome God who has his reasons for our paths in life. May you gain strength and meaning in your lives with God as the wind in your sails.

Bob will surely be missed on this earth, but I know God has called him home to serve in heaven. He touched so many lives with his giving spirit and he will be surely missed. His life was a testimony to those around of what God had done in this man's life.
