Christa Rath Wade

Christa Rath Wade Christa Rath Wade of Georgetown, Tex., passed away unexpectedly on February 14, 2008, at the age of 76. She is survived by her husband Weldon Wade; a son, Jack Wade of Georgetown; daughters, Janice Babbitt of Georgetown, and Patricia Gutierrez of Cedar Park; sisters, Gretchen Newberg and Fran Moore of Georgetown, along with four grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. An active member of First United Methodist Church, Christa was a giving and kind person who always put the needs of others before her own. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother; and will always be loved and remembered for the great person that she was. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 17, 2008 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Gabriels Funeral Chapel in Georgetown, Tex.; and a Celebration of Christa's life will be held at First United Methodist Church in Georgetown on Monday, February 18, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Arrangements by The Gabriels Funeral Chapel, 393 N.
