George,

While I can't be there, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. You and Clara (Mr. and Mrs. Vacek to me) always made me feel welcome at your home in Austin and your extended homes in Smithville. I am better for having known Clara and having her in my life while I "grew up" with Ted. God bless you and your family.

Clara was a noble, warm-hearted gift to the square dance community. Although we are from San Antonio, she treated us like cherished family. We mourn her loss. Our prayers are with her family.
